Tulip has returned to Kagawong from Toronto for a while and is getting reacquainted with the local fauna. These include wild turkeys Thelma and Louise. They are traditional adversaries of our Norwegian forest cat, but I could swear their reunion was tinged with mutual affection. On the other hand, maybe the softness in Tulip’s eyes came from thoughts of stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce.
